All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

* Original artwork and commissioned pieces may require additional processing time.

* Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

* You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup (Optional – NYC)

 

Local pickup may be available for customers in New York City. If this option is offered, details will be provided at checkout or arranged via email after purchase.

 

Tracking Information

 

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. I will do my best to assist where possible.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include:

 

* Your order number

* Photos of the damaged item and packaging
